Gold & silver prices decline
Following the latest adjustment, gold is being traded at Rs 286,700 per tola.
KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices continued to fall in the domestic market today, with both precious metals recording a notable drop.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold decreased by Rs 5,100 per tola, while silver fell by Rs 90 per tola.
Following the latest adjustment, gold is being traded at Rs 286,700 per tola.
Similarly, silver is priced at Rs 4,650 per tola per tola in the local market.
On the previous day, gold was traded at Rs 291,800 per tola, while silver stood at Rs 4,740 per tola.
On Tuesday, gold had reached Rs 301,900 per tola and silver was priced at Rs 4,925 per tola, showing a continuous downward trend over the past few days.
In the international market, gold is currently being traded at around $4,100 per ounce, while silver is priced at approximately $63 per ounce, according to international media reports.
