Gold rises by Rs 1,300, silver falls by Rs 10

KATHMANDU: The price of gold surged by Rs 1,300 compared to Monday, while silver dipped by Rs 10, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association.

Today, the rate for one tola of gold was set at Rs 314,800, up from Rs 313,500 on Monday.

Meanwhile, one tola of silver was priced at Rs 5,585, down from Rs 5,595.
