GIBL, NAS-IT partner on loans, digital banking & business growth

KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) recently held an interactive program with members of the Nepal Association of Software and IT Services (NAS-IT) to discuss expanding credit facilities, innovative banking services, and strategies for business growth.

During the program, the bank provided detailed insights on various credit types, application processes, eligibility requirements, specialized loan schemes for the IT sector, digital and innovative banking services, and measures to safeguard banking information.

Speaking at the event, CEO Surendra Raj Regmi highlighted that the bank regularly conducts such interactive programs targeting professional and business groups to support business expansion.

He also emphasized that Global IME Bank actively runs financial literacy programs across the country to enhance public understanding of finance.

Considering the mutual relationship between the bank and NAS-IT, both institutions plan to organize programs aimed at developing the knowledge, skills, and experience of their employees. Notably, Global IME Bank has become the first sustainable partner to support NAS-IT’s newly established Sustainable Fund.
