KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited has announced an 8% cash dividend for its shareholders from the distributable profit of the fiscal year 2081/82.

The bank has proposed distributing the dividend at a rate of 8% of its current paid-up capital, inclusive of taxes.

The proposal has been approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and will be distributed to shareholders after being ratified at the upcoming annual general meeting.

Global IME Bank has been recognized for its excellence in the banking sector, receiving awards such as the Global Finance Best Bank Award 2024 and 2025, and the Euromoney Award for Excellence 2024 in two categories as Nepal’s Best Bank.
