Death toll in Nepal stands at 11,951 to date

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 26 – The Ministry of Health and Population reported 10 new cases of COVID-19 in the country in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health, COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 8 out of 4,064 PCR tests conducted in the country and 2 out of 1,162 antigen tests.

During this time, no COVID-related fatalities were reported. The COVID-19 death toll in the country stands at 11,951 to date.

Similarly, with the recovery of 18 more infected individuals, Nepal has now cured 966,558 people.

According to the Ministry, there are currently 261 active infected people in Nepal.
