Citizens Bank signs deal with Kelme showroom to offer discounts to customers
As per the agreement, Citizens Bank’s debit and credit cardholders, as well as mobile banking users, will receive up to 10 percent discount on purchases made at the Kelme showroom in Jawalakhel.
KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Ltd has signed an agreement with the Kelme showroom in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, to provide special discounts to its customers.
As per the agreement, Citizens Bank’s debit and credit cardholders, as well as mobile banking users, will receive up to 10 percent discount on purchases made at the Kelme showroom in Jawalakhel.
The bank believes that this collaboration will directly benefit customers while encouraging them to shift from cash transactions to digital payments.
Citizens Bank has been regularly introducing various customer-friendly schemes and services to promote digital banking.

Recently honored with the prestigious ‘Bank of the Year 2024’ award, Citizens Bank has launched several innovative services, including Nepal’s first ‘Citizens PhonePe Credit Card’ (a virtual credit card) in collaboration with PhonePe.
It has also introduced a ‘Freelancer Savings Account’ tailored for freelancers, along with features like share application and CRN services via mobile banking, and cross-bank teller QR services that allow customers of other banks to withdraw cash from Citizens Bank branches by scanning a teller QR code.
