KATHMANDU: The official Cinepa box office system under the Nepal Film Development Board has released the latest weekly earnings report, revealing a strong performance by domestic films in the Nepali market.

As of Saturday, 11:59 PM on May 2, local productions have continued to dominate ticket sales, with intense competition emerging between recently released titles.

Ram Naam Satya has maintained its box office dominance so far, selling a total of 120,926 tickets.

The film has collected approximately Rs 33,973,466.44 in total revenue, securing a strong lead in the weekly rankings.

Closely following is Paral Ko Aago, which was released just about a week ago.

Despite its recent entry, the film has already sold 110,442 tickets and generated around Rs 31,227,092.57.

Its rapid performance has created a tight competition at the top of the box office chart.

Meanwhile, Pahad has recorded 20,265 ticket sales to date.

The film has earned approximately Rs 6,393,162.24, placing it behind the leading titles but still maintaining steady business in the market.
