COVID-19 Update
17 new cases in past 24 hours
No COVID-related fatalities were reported, according to the health ministry.
KATHMANDU: MAY. 5 – COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 17 more people in Nepal.
A total of 2,376 PCR tests conducted across the country confirmed COVID-19 infection in 15 people and in 1,435 antigen tests in 2 people.
No COVID-related fatalities were reported, according to the health ministry.
Similarly, with the recovery of 15 more infected people, Nepal has now cured 966,730 people.
According to the Ministry, there are currently 217 active infected people in isolation in Nepal.
