KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli held a meeting this morning at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas, focusing on current political affairs, public welfare, and matters of national and international importance.

According to the Office of the President, the discussion was part of a regular consultative process.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Oli briefed the President on the government’s recent activities, future plans, and key policy decisions.

The two leaders also exchanged views on accelerating good governance and development initiatives.

Sources said the talks covered recent Cabinet decisions, bills under consideration in the Federal Parliament, and various aspects of Nepal’s international relations.

Prime Minister Oli also informed the President about his recent participation in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries held in Turkmenistan and the outcomes of the visit.
