Partial western wind brings fog & clouds across Nepal
Some areas of the Terai region are experiencing fog, while the Himalayan and high hill regions, particularly in Koshi Province, are seeing partly cloudy skies.
KATHMANDU: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) has reported a partial influence of western winds over Nepal.
Some areas of the Terai region are experiencing fog, while the Himalayan and high hill regions, particularly in Koshi Province, are seeing partly cloudy skies.
According to DHM, this afternoon, fog or mist is likely in a few Terai locations.
The Himalayan areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces will generally remain cloudy, while other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy conditions.
There is a chance of light rain or snowfall at one or two locations in the high hills and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
Tonight, fog is expected in a few Terai areas. Partly cloudy skies are likely in the hill and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, while the rest of the country will mostly remain clear.
Light rain or snowfall may occur at isolated high hill and Himalayan locations in Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
