Nic Pothas appointed Nepal’s consultant coach for League-2

KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has appointed South African coach Nic Pothas as a consultant coach for the national team ahead of the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup League-2 series in Scotland.
In a press release issued today, CAN confirmed Pothas’ appointment, highlighting his role in preparing the national side for the crucial triangular series.
Pothas brings extensive international coaching experience, having previously worked with the national teams of Sri Lanka, West Indies, and Bangladesh.
Nepal will compete against Scotland and the Netherlands in the ICC Cricket World Cup League-2 Tri-Series, scheduled to take place in Scotland from June 2 to 12.
CAN expressed confidence that under Pothas’ guidance, the Nepali team will deliver strong performances and show significant improvement during the tournament.
