New York State confirms 5 Omicron cases

AGENCY: DEC. 3 – New York State confirmed five cases of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, said Governor Kathy Hochul on Thursday.

Earlier, two Omicron cases had been reported in the U.S. states of California and Minnesota.
