Lahore the most polluted city in the world

ISLAMABAD: NOV. 12 – According to air pollution statistics released by the US Air Quality Measurement Mechanism, Lahore tops the list of the world’s most polluted cities.

More than 600 air quality records were recorded in Pakistani cities. Similarly, Karachi ranks fifth on the list.

According to Saam TV, 681 levels were recorded in Gulberg, 626 in Raiwind, 541 in Anarkali Market, and 532 in Model Town.

Meanwhile, rising smoke in Pakistan’s Punjab province has also worried officials here.
