Five people killed in shootout at Panama City’s nightclub

PANAMA CITY, PANAMA: OCT. 30 – Five people have been killed and six others injured in a shootout between local gangs at a nightclub in Panama City.

Panama’s national police commissioner, Ricaurte De La Espada, said on Twitter that five people had been killed and six injured in tragic incidents at a nightclub in Espacio Panama this morning.

The incidents are said to be the result of clashes between criminal gangs. Police have already arrested two people and recovered a car and weapons linked to the incident at the club.
