Case of Dr. Toshima & ‘No Not Again’ in the single bench of Judge Chudal

KATHMANDU: The petition of Dr. Toshima Karki, who reached the Supreme Court after the Election Commission rejected her candidature, will be heard in the Supreme Court today.

She was nominated to the House of Representatives from Lalitpur 3 district.

Similarly, the Election Commission is holding a hearing today in response to the Election Commission’s ‘No Not Again’ directive. This is a Facebook and social media campaign. Both of these cases are heard by the same judge, Kumar Chudal.
