4 killed, 4 injured in firing in SW Pakistan

AGENCY: NOV. 22 – On Sunday, at least four persons were killed and four others were injured when unknown assailants opened fire on a car in Pakistan’s southern Balochistan province’s Mastung district, according to local media.

According to the media, the event occurred in the district’s Wali Khan Bypass neighborhood, from which the perpetrators fled immediately. Following that, the sufferers were transferred to a local hospital.

Police arrived on the scene and began investigating the incident. According to police, the targeted car belonged to a prominent local tribal chief.

The event has not yet been claimed by any group or individual.
