KATHMANDU: SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited successfully organized its prestigious ‘Star Agency Meet 2082’ at Hotel Mystic Mountain, Nagarkot.

The two-day event, held on the 18th and 19th of Shrawan, brought together the company’s top-performing agents from across the country.

The event witnessed the presence of Chair Mr. Keshav Prasad Bhattarai, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Prakash Bikram Khatri, and other senior members of the management team.

Alongside them were the top-performing Star Agency Managers and Chief Agency Managers, who were honored for their exceptional performance during the fiscal year 2081/82.

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the skills and capabilities of its agents, SuryaJyoti Life regularly organizes motivational and skill-development programs. This meet featured a series of professional training sessions designed to inspire and empower the participants.

Chief Business Officer Mr. Farsuram Marasini presented a comprehensive “Business Review and Future Strategy”, while Chief Business Operations Officer Mr. Rajiv Gurbacharya delivered an in-depth session on the life insurance business. Similarly, Head of Training and Development Mr. Uttam Acharya provided an extensive workshop on Agency Structure and growth strategies.

Following the sessions, agents expressed that they had received clear guidance on strategic planning and execution, boosting their confidence and readiness for the future.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Bhattarai emphasized the company’s dedication to empowering its agents. He credited SuryaJyoti’s consistent growth and success to the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of its agency force.

CEO Prakash Bikram Khatri outlined three core principles necessary to establish SuryaJyoti as a leading life insurance company: expansion of agent teams, delivery of excellent customer service, and building unwavering trust with policyholders.

He stressed that by focusing on these pillars, long-term success is inevitable.
