KATHMANDU: The Nepal Army has successfully concluded its basic military training across various training centers and units today.
According to the Army’s Directorate of Public Relations and Information, soldiers showcased their final drill and parade performances during separate programs organized to mark the completion of the training.
A total of 2,102 male and 349 female recruits completed the nine-month basic military training conducted at 19 locations, earning their induction as fully trained soldiers.
At the Trishuli-based Shree No. 1 Military Training Center, Training Director General Dhurva Prakash Shah and other senior military officials inspected the final parade and awarded prizes to the top-performing trainees.
