KATHMANDU: A frightening incident unfolded at Denver International Airport (DEN) when an American Airlines Boeing 737-800, Flight 1006, experienced an engine fire after safely landing.

The flight had originated from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) and was en route to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) before being diverted to Denver due to reports of engine vibrations.

While taxiing toward its gate, one of the aircraft’s engines caught fire.
