Cyclist strikes & kills 66-year-old man, police detain rider

KATHMANDU: An accident occurred on Monday night in Chhitaha Bazaar, Gadhi Rural Municipality-4, Sunsari, when a cyclist collided with 66-year-old Ful Sing, also known as Babaji, from Kuti, Aurabani, Gadhi Rural Municipality-2.

Babaji sustained severe injuries and was rushed to Birat Nursing Home in Biratnagar, Morang, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The cyclist involved has been taken into police custody, and authorities are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident.
