TU to offer online certificate application system
According to Examination Controller Pushpraj Joshi, students will now be able to fill out forms for certificates, including transcripts, from the comfort of their homes.

KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan University (TU) Examination Control Office has announced that from now on, all certificate application forms will be available online.
According to Examination Controller Pushpraj Joshi, students will now be able to fill out forms for certificates, including transcripts, from the comfort of their homes.
Starting from the upcoming Chait, there will be no need to visit the office for any certificate application, as the process will be fully online.
Previously, TU had introduced an online form system for transcripts, but it was not successful. However, Joshi mentioned that a new server is being set up, and the software will be integrated within the next two weeks.
After that, students will be able to access services online from anywhere.
This new arrangement will cover various certificates, including transcripts, character certificates, and re-evaluation requests. Once students fill out their forms online, their certificates will be sent to regional offices.
Joshi emphasized that students will no longer need to travel to Kathmandu for any certificate-related procedures.
In addition, PANKA had previously arranged for the printing of marksheets from respective campuses. Since last August, regional offices have also started conducting answer sheet evaluations.
The office has plans to print certificates from regional offices, allowing students to collect them locally.
