Laxmi Sunrise Capital to manage Union Mewa Hydro’s Rs 35.38 crore IPO

KATHMANDU: Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has signed an agreement to manage the issuance and sale of ordinary shares worth Rs 35,38,60,500 of Union Mewa Hydro Limited.

The shares, priced at a par value of Rs 100 per unit, amount to a total of 35,38,605 units.

The agreement was signed by CEO Vijay Lal Shrestha on behalf of Laxmi Sunrise Capital and Chair Kiran Malla on behalf of Union Mewa Hydro Limited.

Union Mewa Hydro is currently constructing the 23 MW Mewa Khola Hydropower Project in Mikwa Khola Rural Municipality of Taplejung District.

Approximately 35% of the construction work has been completed so far.
