KATHMANDU: An earthquake with its epicenter in the Annapurna Region was recorded today.

According to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Centre in Lainchaur, the tremor, measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale, struck at 10:13 AM with its epicenter located at the border between Kaski and Manang districts in the Annapurna Region.

Prior to this, on Nov 7, a 4.5 magnitude earthquake centered around Orang in Dolakha district occurred.
