Man held for raping a minor

KATHMANDU: A 29-year-old Niroj Lama of Kathmandu Shankarapur Municipality-1 Gagalfedi and residing in Bhaktapur Municipality-6 Nagarkot Basetole, was arrested on Wednesday evening on the charge of raping an 8-year-old girl.

Based on the complaint that Lama had raped the girl, the police stationed from Kharipati police station arrested him.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
