Tripartite agreement signed between GIBL, IME, and JALTAN

KATHMANDU: A tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL), IME Limited, and the Japan Language Teachers Association Nepal (JALTAN).

The MoU was signed by Suman Pokhrel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GlIBL; Sushil Thapa, Chief Relationship Officer of IME Limited; and Rajendra KC, Chair of JALTAN.

The agreement focuses on facilitating educational loans for students seeking higher education opportunities in Japan.

Under the terms of the MoU, the bank will provide educational loans to students recommended by JALTAN for higher studies at various universities in Japan.

Additionally, students who go to Japan will be able to transfer money from Japan to Nepal easily through IME.
