KATHMANDU: In Kathmandu, electricity service supply will be interrupted for seven days from Sunday.

Nepal Electricity Authority, Maharajganj Distribution Center has informed that the electricity service will be disrupted as the electric line has to be underground. Power supply will be shut down from 9 am to 1 pm.
On Magh 7 (Jan 21), there will be a temporary suspension of electricity supply from Maharajgunj Minisod to Panchakanya School, Budhanilkantha on the Magh 8 (Jan 22), Ganesh Chowk to Speshal Chowk on the Magh 9 (Jan 23), Chapali Ghumti Chowk on the Magh 10 (Jan 24), and areas in Pasikot.
On the Magh 11 (Jan 25), Chapali Bhangaal, from Chapali Ghumti Chowk to Bhadrakali School on the 12 (Jan 26), and from Golfutar to HAMS Hospital on the Magh 13 (Jan 27), including Ganesh Chowk to Special Chowk area, will experience a power outage.
