One fatality confirmed in Biratnagar Kawadi godown fire (update)

KATHMANDU: One person who was injured in the Biratnagar Kawadi godown fire has died.

Deepak Mandal, 30, died after being injured in a fire at Satghumti Chowk’s Kawadi godown.

He died in the Neuro hospital while receiving treatment.

He was from Biratnagar-7.

“Deepak Mandal has died, and three more people being treated for neuroma are seriously injured,” Morang police spokesperson DSP Ranjan Dahal said, adding that “the condition of one person being treated in Koshi is normal.”
