KATHMANDU: Senegal beat Brazil in a friendly match. Senegal beat Brazil 4-2 yesterday night.
Brazil took a 1-0 lead in the 11th minute of Tuesday night’s encounter in Lisbon, Portugal, thanks to a goal by Lucas Paqueta.
However, Brazil’s lead did not last long. Habib Diallo scored in the 22nd minute to draw the game 1-1.
Brazil trailed 2-1 in the 52nd minute when Marquinhos scored an own goal.
Brazil trailed 3-1 in the contest when Sadio Mane scored in the 55th minute.
Marquinhos scored in the 58th minute to make the score 3-2. Then, in the seventh minute of injury time, Mane scored his second personal goal and the team’s fourth goal with a penalty, and Senegal defeated Brazil.
