COVID: 42 new COVID-19 cases reported in Nepal

KATHMANDU: According to the Ministry of Health and Population, (MoHP), 42 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been confirmed in Nepal in last 24 hours.

According to information released on Thursday afternoon by the MoHP, 42 people have been confirmed to be infected with the COVID-19 after 915 samples were tested.

COVID-19 infection was confirmed in 37 people over the course of 300 PCR tests and 5 people over the course of 615 antigen tests.

According to the MoHP, 17 people have been free of COVID-19 infection in the last 24 hours, and 41,409 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

There are 123 active infected people.
