I work honestly, said the newly elected vice president

KATHMANDU: Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Nepal’s newly elected Vice President, stated that he will work in accordance with the Nepal Constitution Act.

Yadav, speaking to the media after being elected vice president, thanked everyone who voted for him and stated that he will follow the constitution and laws.

He stated that the Vice President’s job is to work honestly for the benefit of the people in accordance with his duties and rights.

He stated that he will play a role in promoting the country’s national unity by adhering to the constitution.

He insisted on playing the necessary role on his behalf to bring the peace process to a successful conclusion.

He thanked all the people of the country including the voters of his constituency.
