Bindeshwor Yadav appointed as director of Mithila Laghubitta

KATHMANDU: Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has appointed a new Board of Directors.

Bindeshwor Yadav was elected unopposed as a representative for the company’s founder shareholder at the company’s board of directors meeting on March 1.

Furthermore, Bindeshwor Yadav and Pooja Kumari, who were appointed at the annual general meeting, have been appointed as directors to represent general shareholders, with effect from March 1.
