KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank Limited intends to sell the land of 19 additional locations registered in its name.
The bank issued a third notice, stating that it will sell land in 19 more locations registered in its name.
Previously, the bank published a notice stating that it will sell land in 30 locations for the first time, and that it will sell land in 7 locations for the second time.
Khairhani Chitwan, Malangwa Sarlahi, Belbari Morang, Inaruwa Sunsari, Musikot Rukum, Mugu, Kalikot, Dharan Sunsari, Hariwan Sarlahi, Charikot Dolakha, Sindhuli, and Butwal Rupandehi are among the 19 lands to be sold by the bank.
Individuals and organizations interested in purchasing the aforementioned land have seven days to submit a sealed proposal to the bank’s central office at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
