State police hospital set up in Belbari

KATHMANDU: The provincial police hospital has been established at Belbari Municipality-3 in Morang district in State 1.
Inspector General of Police Dhiraj Pratap Singh inaugurated the 15-bed hospital amid a function here.
The hospital aims to provide quality service to a large number of sitting and former police personnel and their families in particular, and other general people, said IGP Singh.
On the occasion, Dr Saroj Singh presented a report related to the hospital.
The hospital will have a laboratory and provide x-ray and emergency services. It will have 11 human resources.
Similarly, the municipality mayor Dil Prasad Rai thanked the police for setting up a hospital in Belbari.
The hospital has been established with the aim of providing medical service to police employees across the country in the context when the entire Nepal Police is keeping up with the state system, said Additional Inspector General of Police Dr Aasha Singh.
