KATHMANDU:  People with liver problems will be able to receive free consultation services for the first time this Saturday, Jan 14, as part of Norvic International Hospital’s free OPD campaign.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, Norvic Hospital has been running a free OPD campaign for the past few months. For the previous several weeks, OPD was devoted to urology.

On Jan 14 (Saturday), a special OPD will be operating for the first time with the goal of providing services to patients with liver-related problems. On Saturday, a team led by senior liver specialist and surgeon Dr. Pardej Sapkota will provide free OPD services at the hospital from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Patients with liver cirrhosis, jaundice, fatty liver, water retention in the stomach, and those in need of free consultation services for all liver diseases will be able to attend the free OPD.

Those interested in participating in the free OPD can make an appointment by calling Norvik International Hospital at 015970032 or 9880888000.

Norvic Hospital held a press conference a few days ago to announce that the necessary procedures for liver transplant services had been completed. The hospital has already begun offering kidney transplant services.
