Home Minister Lamichhane convened a CDO and District Security Chief meeting

KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, has called a meeting to gather information about the country’s security situation.

Lamichhane has scheduled a virtual meeting for 9 a.m. today.

Deepak Bohora, Chief Secretary to Home Minister Lamichhane, announced that all 77 Chief District Officers and Chiefs of the Nepal Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, and National Investigation Department who are members of the District Security Committee will attend the meeting.

According to him, the meeting will cover topics such as citizens’ difficulties in obtaining government services, peace and security, market monitoring, and corruption.
