Nepal records one new COVID-19 case in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 1 more people in Nepal, according to the Ministry of Health.

A total of 437 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

Even on Tuesday, no deaths were reported as a result of COVID-19, and 25 more infected people had recovered.

The ministry has informed that there are currently 201 active infected patients in Nepal.

The COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,019 to date.
