UPDATE ON COVID: 9 cases, 24 recoveries, and no deaths

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 5 more people in Nepal, according to the Ministry of Health.

COVID-19 infection was confirmed in 4 people during the 707 PCR tests and 1 people during the 575 antigen tests conducted across the country, according to the Ministry of Health.

There were no COVID-related deaths reported on Thursday.

Similarly, 26 more people who were infected with COVID-19 recovered completely.

According to the ministry, there are currently 453 active infected people in isolation in Nepal.
