Prachanda’s request to provide relief to families of dead & injured in Amlekhganj bus accident

KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said he was saddened by the Bara accident wherein many people lost their lives, and many others were injured. He issued a statement in which he expressed his condolences to the deceased and their families.
Chairperson Prachanda has asked the relevant agencies to provide relief and compensation to the deceased family and the injured, while also wishing the injured a speedy recovery. In that accident, 16 people were killed.
He reminded them that the Meteorological Department had issued a warning notice that there is heavy rain in various parts of the country and it will continue to rain for some days, and he has also urged them to take necessary precautions.
Chairperson Prachanda has directed that the entire party line be prepared to provide relief, rescue, and any other type of assistance in the event of a natural disaster.
