SC remains open on Dashain from 11 am to 3 pm
Supreme Court spokesperson Bimal Paudel announced that the court will be open to hear writs of arrest from Ghatasthapana to Kojagrat Purnima on Oct 9.
KATHMANDU: Even during the 2079 Dashain holiday, the Supreme Court (SC) remains open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On the occasion of the Dashain festival, Supreme Court spokesperson Bimal Paudel announced that the court will be open to hear writs of arrest from Ghatasthapana to Kojagrat Purnima on Oct 9.
The hearing will be held on days other than Saturdays and Dashain, in accordance with Section 26 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073.
