KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and the Rabindra Mishra Group, which left the Bibeksheel Sajha Party, will form a coalition.

Tomorrow is the declaration assembly project, which will introduce the large polarization group, led by Mishra, into the RPP.

Mishra resigned as chairperson of the Bibeksheel Sajha Party and as an ordinary member of the party on Monday evening, following the local elections. The Bibeksheel Sajha Party became embroiled in controversy after Mishra released the ‘Thoughts on the Country’ document.

He initiated the RPP entry debate in the midst of the party’s controversy. Milan Pandey, the coordinator of the Bibeksheel Sajha Party, opposed Mishra after he began advocating for the monarchy. It is now believed that Mishra will join the RP as a vice chairperson.
