Nepal records another 815 COVID-19 cases, 5 deaths

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 815 more people in Nepal.

COVID-19 infection was confirmed in 465 people via 411 PCR tests and 350 via 2,123 antigen tests.

Five more people have died as a result of COVID-19, bringing the death toll to 11,982, according to the Ministry of Health.

Similarly, 476 more people have recovered as a result of COVID-19, with a total of 974,295 people having recovered in Nepal.

According to the ministry, there are currently 5,869 people in Nepal who are infected.
