India’s empathic victory over Nepal

KATHMANDU: Nepal suffered a humiliating defeat against India in the U-20 SAFF Championship. In the U-20 SAFF Championship, India defeated Nepal 8-0 in Bhubaneswar, India.
Earlier, Nepal, which had gone undefeated in two matches, was humiliated by India. Nepal conceded seven goals in the second half after trailing 1-0 in the first. With this victory, India has risen to second place with 6 points from three matches.
Bangladesh currently leads with 9 points after winning the same matches in three matches, while India has 6 points after two wins and one loss in three matches, and Nepal has fallen to third place with 6 points after two wins and one loss in three matches.
Sri Lanka and the Maldives are tied on points. On August 2, Nepal will play Bangladesh in the final match of their league stage. The finals will feature the top two countries from the league stage. The final match is scheduled for August 5.
