KATHMANDU: Kumari Job has successfully completed its first batch of “Professional HR Training” with industry professionals of renown and experience. Professional HR Training is intended to improve an individual’s skills and performance.

Participants received a 264-day intensive training from trainers from various industrial backgrounds. The training drew a total of 16 participants, including both working professionals and those seeking a career in HR.

Expert HR professionals from Nepal’s most prominent and large business organizations given the training. Mr. Bhuwan Raj Joshi is the Vice President of Sherpa Hospitality Group, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Singh is the Assistant General Manager (HR) of Laxmi Group, Neha Joshi is the HR & Administration Head of Dish Media Network, Richa Pandey is the HR Head of Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd, and Sudhir Dhungel is the HR Head of Asian Paints, to name a few.

One of the participants stated that she enrolled in the training to learn how to improve an organization’s services to its employees and how the organization can benefit from the skills of its employees. She also mentioned that by taking part in the training, she was able to stay up to date on Nepal’s current labor laws.

Another participant stated that the convenient location and friendly staff made the training more enjoyable. The participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to attend the session led by knowledgeable instructors from reputable institutions.
