Vice President Dhanraj Gurung escaped a major accident

KATHMANDU: Dhanraj Gurung, Vice President of the Nepali Congress, escaped a car accident. A Gurung Scorpio (Ba 19 Cha 1839) left the road on the way back to Kathmandu from Okhaldhunga.

According to Gurung, on Thursday morning, the vehicle of Congress central member Pradip Sunuwar of Okhaldhunga had slightly fallen from the roadside at Gogane in Ramechhap.

He tweeted a photo of the vehicle with the caption, “A major accident was averted!” The vehicle we were riding in suddenly fell off the side of the road in Ramechhap Gogane, but a major accident was avoided because it was protected with rocks in front. We are all safe by God’s grace.’

Ratna Karki, Ramechhap General Convention Representative, Sanubabu Maharjan, and five others were in the vehicle.
