PSG’s comfortable victory in Ramos’ ‘debut’ goal

KATHMANDU: JAN. 24 – Sergio Ramos has scored his ‘debut’ goal in the French Ligue 1 after signing PSG from Real Madrid. In his fourth game for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), he scored. His goal was vital in PSG’s 4-0 thrashing of Reims.

Marco Verratti scored the game’s first goal, giving PSG the lead. After 2017, Verratti had scored in the league.

Ramos scored the second goal in the 62nd minute for PSG, which took a 1-0 lead in the first half. PSG took a three-goal lead in the 67th minute when Wout Faes scored its own goal. The fourth goal for the team was in the name of Danilo.

With the win, PSG has closed the gap with second-place Nice to 11 points. With the victory, PSG managed to maintain its unbeaten run in the last 13 games. PSG has 53 points from 22 games in the league. Nice has 42 points from the same game. Nice also climbed to second place by defeating Metz 2-0 in a match played on Sunday night.
