5,087 new COVID-19 cases reported, with three deaths

KATHMANDU: JAN. 14 – An additional 5,087 people have been infected with COVID-19 in the previous 24 hours across the country.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the infection was confirmed in 5,087 of the 20,560 samples tested. 306 persons have been recovered with COVID-19 in the previous 24 hours, and three have died.

Simultaneously, 945,609 persons in Nepal have been infected with COVID-19.

In the meanwhile, 815,635 persons have been recovered from COVID-19.

Similarly, in Nepal, the overall number of deaths has reached 11,613, with 20,647 people actively infected.
