KATHMANDU: DEC. 19 – The counting of votes for the 35 open central members of the Nepali Congress is underway. According to the latest update, Dr. Shashank Koirala has garnered more votes when 2,992 votes were counted. He has garnered 2,442 votes.

NP Saud is in the second position, Bal Krishna Khand is in the third position and Ramesh Lekhak is in the fourth position.
