KATHMANDU: DEC. 9 – Nepal Army pays tribute to Indian Army Chief Bipin Rawat. Eleven people, including Indian Army chief Rawat and his wife, were killed in a helicopter crash in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.

In a tweet on Wednesday night, the Nepal Army wished lasting peace to the deceased along with Indian Army Chief Rawat.

Chief of Army Staff General Prabhuram Sharma, expressed deep condolences on the unexpected death of Chief Bipin Rawat, Mrs. Rawat and 11 others, and wished the departed soul eternal rest.
