Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank to pay dividend

KATHMANDU: NOV. 29 – Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has proposed to pay a 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders. The company has proposed to pay a 21.05 percent dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2077/078.

The Board of Directors has decided to offer a 20 percent bonus share of the existing paid-up capital and a 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Investors will receive dividends after the proposal is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next general meeting of the bank.
