Saudi Arabia to host inaugural World Taekwondo Women’s Open Championships

AGENCY: NOV. 24 – The World Taekwondo Women’s Open Championships will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 25 to 27.

According to a World Taekwondo statement on Wednesday, the competition includes 171 participants and 85 officials from 36 nations and regions, as well as the refugee team.

In addition to the open weight class, the athletes will participate in eight weight categories: -46kg, -49kg, -53kg, -57kg, -62kg, -67kg, and -73kg. Saudi Arabia will send a team of ten athletes to participate.
